Rare exotic pepper from the mountains of Nepal

Our small pure Timut pepper is a very rare pepper from the high mountains of Nepal. The berries are harvested by hand and have a spicy, somewhat woody flavour with a citrussy undertone.

Timut pepper is delicious with fish, crustaceans or sweet desserts with chocolate and fruit. Grind before use.
