Seaweed sheets from pure pulp

These seaweed sheets (18x20cm) are made from pure seaweed pulp, without any additives whatsoever. Nori has a savoury taste. These sheets are easy-to-use and the ideal basis for home-made sushi. Nori contains more vegetable proteins than other types of seaweed.

Home-made sushi

Always make sure the shiny side of the sheets faces outward. Add a drop of water to the edge of the sheet to seal or close your sushi roll.

Others uses

Cut theses sheets into strips. Use as a garnish or spice in salads, soups and noodle dishes.
