Delicious roasted buckwheat from organic cultivation

Kasha is roasted buckwheat. It has a unique and typical taste.

Our kasha is from organic cultivation according to European standards, without chemical fertilizers, and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. Because of this we guarantee extra pure quality. These caraway seeds are 100% natural, without additives or preservatives.

The buckwheat comes from organic farming and is completely natural. We do not add any additives, not even oil or fat for roasting.

Production process

Hulled buckwheat is roasted without oil or fat. After roasting, and cooling down we sieve the roasted kernels to eliminate remaining pericarps.

Use

You can eat kasha pure or mixed with other grains, seeds and pits in yoghurt, muesli, pilav or salads. Add to cooked to rice or use as alternative for quinoa.

Cook 1 part kasha and 2 parts water for 6-8 minutes.
