This oat flour consists entirely of whole grain oats. The grains come from organic cultivation. We grind them into a pure and unsifted flour, completely free from additives. Oat flour has a naturally soft, neutral taste.
Use
Replace wheat flour in whole or in part with oat flour in recipes for cookies, pancakes and other pastries. Oat flour is less suitable for light breads and cakes. In such preparations, it is best to combine oat flour with another type of flour.
