Our Gusto coffee blend is a pure espresso blend of 100% whole arabica coffee beans. This coffee blend has a spicy flavor with hints of berries and chocolate.

Medium-light roasted coffee beans

Medium-light roasting gives the coffee beans a balanced flavour and beautiful light brown colour. Medium-light roasted beans are less acidic than light roasted beans, but still retain a fresh, bright flavor.

When processing many coffees, too high a degree of roasting results in the formation of large amounts of acrylamides, a substance which can be formed when starchy products are burned. Acrylamides are extremely unhealthy and harmful. Even the lover of strong coffee doesn't want this. We therefore categorically exclude the very strongest roasts with a high risk of acrylamides.

By allowing the fresh and very high-quality coffee beans to be roasted at a lower temperature and for somewhat longer, the delicious flavours and aromas come into their own. The slower, moderate roasting method ensures a healthy, high-quality coffee and allows our coffee roaster to perform tight acrylamide monitoring at each roast.
