Our salted peanuts are dry roasted with no added fats. This is in contrast to the roasted peanuts you normally find on store shelves. Roasted peanuts are fried or deep-fried in oil. Resulting in shiny, but greasy peanuts. Our dry roasted peanuts are firm and crunchy, less shiny, but much healthier and ...super tasty.

Dry roasting and salting

It is very difficult to dry roast and salt peanuts. This combination is unique because extra fat is usually used to stick the salt to the peanut. Despite this, we have managed to get delicious roasted peanuts but also deliciously salted.
