Our pure Pu-Erh or Pu'er tea is a post-fermented black tea from Yunnan, South-China. This tea is traditionally produced by whithering, rolling, drying and fermenting tea leaves. This process gives our Pu-Erh its strong, spicy flavour and dark red colour.

How to brew Pu-Erh tea

1 tsp for 1,75dl water (at 95°C). First rinse the tea leaves with hot water to make them soft. Then steep for 2 minutes.
