Dried ginger pieces for ginger tea

These dried organic ginger pieces are ideal for making spicy ginger tea. Use 1 teaspoon of ginger pieces per cup of boiling water or herbal tea. If necessary, season with a spoonful of honey.  

Our dried ginger pieces have a warm, spicy flavour. The pieces are 3 to 6 mm long.
