From dried to fresh apricots
Soak dried apricots for a night in cold water. They absorb the water and become even more juicy, allowing them to be used just like fresh apricots. Soak apricots in orange blossom water, tea or white wine to add a pleasant aroma.
Other uses
Use as a snack, on cheese plates or in desserts.
